Dancing Goat pelt products have a luxurious undercoat of soft fiber beneath an outer layer of guard hair of different lengths. The guard hairs are sometimes shorter than the undercoat, sometimes elegantly longer. Except in the white furs, the cashmere is usually a lighter color than the guard hairs.
