We’re proud to present our sourced whiskey inventory: 4,500 barrels of uniquely aged whiskey stocks.
This multi-year series will feature 16 mash bills with ages ranging from 6-21 years. Composed of multiple vertical series, boundary-bending blends and one-off releases, the Dancing Goat Presents collection will highlight our blending and finishing skills as we patiently wait to share our own aged distillates.

Corn whiskey finished in Spanish oak
Two-barrel blend aged 9 years in once-used bourbon barrels
Finished for 16 months in Spanish oak
Toasted oak flirts with suggestions of red berries, deep baking spices, rich leather and dried tobacco on the bouquet. The nose translates to the palate with fruit, toasted oak, caramel, light orange zest, vanilla and fatty cream. The finish is long and captivating, with cherry cola and flat cola lingering.

A blend of 16-year Light Whiskey and 6-month bourbon, barreled together in a used cask for 8 years. Bottled at 133 proof.
Smells like a saw mill (toasted and sweet oak) covered in caramel and light baking spices (nutmeg, clove, cinnamon). Suggestions of red berries, cream, undutched cacao powder, peanut brittle, and white spun sugar take this glass for a wild ride on the bouquet. All the notes from the bouquet are supported by creamy whipped honey, rich oaky tannin, syrupy sweet oak, light notes of banana, and lingering suggestions of espresso and oak. Long silky delicious and engaging finish puts the bow on this fantastic blend

A blend of 8-year 21% rye bourbon and 8-year 100% malt whiskey
Straight Bourbon: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley
Malt Whiskey: 85% brewer’s malt, 15% caramel pilsner
Toasted & charred oak, dry cacao, chocolate syrup, toasted marshmallow, toasted biscuit, robust caramel, and light fleeting banana on the nose. The palate is a spicy creamy coating mouthfeel with cola and light caramel giving way to waves of cream and light cacao. Drops of water reveal baking spices, honey, acidic winey red fruits, and uncooked marshmallows.
Maized & Confused

Corn whiskey finished in cherry bitters barrels
8-barrel blend aged 8 years and 7 months in once used bourbon barrels and finished for 5 months in cherry bitters barrels.
Cherry, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, crème brûlée, and vanilla on the nose. Palate is cinnamon, nutmeg, cherry, sugar, and light winey acidity that gives way to a long silky beautiful finish.
A Quirky & Humble Blend

Straight bourbon whiskey aged 7 years bottled at 105.5 proof
Uniquely aged in Quercus Humboldtii (Colombian oak)
Notes of crème brûlée, mixed dried fruit, vanilla, caramel, and sweet tannin. The finish hangs and gives way to fruity spicy lingering bourbon notes with suggestions of cream and cacao on the breath.

Whiskey from a rye mash aged 7 years bottled at 110.4 proof
Six-barrel blend aged 6.5 years in once-used bourbon barrels
Finished for six months in freshly dumped petit syrah port wine barrels
Notes of jammy sugared berries, sweet American oak tannin, acidic winey caramel, vanilla, and suggestions of allspice & nutmeg
