stillman’s Sonder

Finished, blended, and bottled at Dancing Goat Distillery in Cambridge, Wisconsin, Stillman's Sonder is an homage from current head distiller Nick Maas to his grandfather Duane, a prolific mid-century stillman, and his father Tom, an influential bourbon brand builder of the '80s and ‘90s.

The Dancing Goat team embarked on an eighteen-month journey—analysis, blending, reentry testing, gauging, finishing, re-blending, and regauging—to highlight the most choice barrels from their elusive aged stocks.

Stillman’s Sonder is a whiskey that is polished and reimagined.
